1. What are research peptides?

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory and scientific settings to study biological responses, cellular pathways, and therapeutic potential. Nexara Labs sells peptides strictly for research use only and not for human consumption.

2. Are your peptides made in the United States?

Yes. All Nexara Labs peptides are manufactured, purified, and tested in a U.S.-based laboratory operating under cGMP-compliant conditions.

3. What purity levels do your peptides have?

Our peptides undergo HPLC and Mass Spec testing and consistently measure 98–99%+ purity. Each batch is internally validated for identity, purity, and stability.

4. Do your peptides come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. Every batch includes an internal COA confirming:

              •            Purity percentage

              •            Molecular identity

              •            Lot number

              •            Production date

              •            Testing method (HPLC/MS)

COAs are available upon request.

5. Are your products sterile?

Our vials are aseptically handled and sealed, but peptides are sold as non-sterile research materials and not intended for injection, human consumption, or veterinary use.

6. How should peptides be stored?

For maximum stability:

              •            Store lyophilized (powdered) peptides at 2–8°C (refrigerated)

              •            For long-term storage, freeze at -20°C

              •            Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles

              •            Store in a dry, dark environment

Once reconstituted (mixed with a solvent), peptides should be used promptly for research.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.International shipping may be available depending on local regulations.

8. How fast is shipping?

Most orders ship within 24 hours via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location.Tracking information is automatically provided.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, secure checkout services, and certain alternative payment options. All payments are encrypted and securely processed.

10. What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, we will replace it immediately.

11. Are your peptides for human use?

No. All peptides are:
